Interest Rates? WHERE ARE THEY HEADING?

I have had two client tell me their financial planners predict interest rates will climb to 9% in the next 12 months. So guess what that will do to the housing market. I read in today’s local paper houses have stopped declining in price and experts believe will stay steady before any climb starts. I also believe we have hit the bottom, but I worry now about those interest rates.

Q: I heard that buyer's agents are free. Is that true?

A: Working with a buyer's agent is usually free to the buyer but that does not mean that the agent is working for free.
